[imgext=http://i.imgur.com/rqIH1Xm.jpg] Hi, I'm [highlight]Biowned[/highlight]. I've been playing LoL nearly since release and I always found quite attractive to play assassins and champs with high movility. I'm currently a Diamond III player on EUW and I must say that Fiora is broken, while most people would say she's underpowered and useless. Fiora has the best AtS steroid in the game, it's not only a 120%, it grants movement speed and resets upon assisting or killing and in my opinion the best ult of the whole League. It combines both Fizz's [imgsmall=skills/fizz/e.png] and Zed's [imgsmall=skills/zed/r.png] in one single skill, wich will also apply on hit effects and lifesteal. Fiora is naturally weak early game since she has to build some sustain in order to make full profit of her [imgsmall=skills/fiora/r.png] but she's able to snowball really really hard, even when she's hard behind. She shines in teamfights, but she's also one of the best 1v1 of the game. [highlight]Pros:[/highlight] [.]Crazy Burst Damage. [.]High Movility. [.]Her ult wins games. No skill needed. [.]Nice Sustained Damage. [.]Epic Steroid with reset. [.]You can go full retard, and win. [.]Even her voice goes full retard while ulting. [.]Except a pure tank, no one can stand a full combo from Fiora. [.]She snowballs really hard, even when behind. [highlight]Cons:[/highlight] [.]Long CD on ult. [.]No reliable escapes. [.]Weak early game if facing a tank. [.]Passive and \"W\" are kinda meh. [imgext=http://i.imgur.com/TlFq3NN.jpg] [imgext=http://i.imgur.com/rm0Kpo3.jpg] [highlight]Some games at Diamond[/highlight] [imgext=http://i.imgur.com/23fmU7u.png] [highlight]Some games on my smurf ( Low Plat MMR )[/highlight] [imgext=http://i.imgur.com/MtpChdE.png] [highlight]Season 4[/highlight] [imgext=http://i.imgur.com/0t7SezC.png] [imgext=http://i.imgur.com/HhSN1vQ.png]

[title][img=skills/fiora/p.png] Passive: Duelist[/title] [number] Fiora regenerates 7 + (1 × level) health over 6 seconds each time she deals damage. Striking champions will cause this effect to stack up to 4 times.[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] Duelist procs whenever Fiora autoatacks, [imgsmall=skills/fiora/q.png], on [imgsmall=items/ravenous-hydra.png] active and on every [imgsmall=skills/fiora/r.png] hit. It can stack up to 4 times, but will only do so if hitting a champion, otherwise it's limited to one stack, wich is kinda crappy. With one stack at lvl 18 you would regen 25hp over 6 seconds, and 100hp with 4 stacks. To be honest, this passive ain't really good. [title][img=skills/fiora/q.png] Q: Lunge[/title] [number]Fiora dashes forward to strike her target, dealing physical damage. Fiora can perform the dash a second time within a couple seconds at no mana cost. Cooldown: 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 seconds Physical Damage: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+0.6 per bonus attack damage) Cost: 60 mana Range: 600 [/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This skill is what makes a good Fiora. It's her engage tool, aswell as her \"disengage wannabe\" skill. You can use Lunge twice to make plays, chase or even disengage. It can be used on Neutral Monsters to dash over a wall and that's why you should always carry wards around. Have in mind that Lunge procs [imgsmall=skills/fiora/e.png] stacks and that even with 2.5 AtS you would get 2 charges faster by using Lunge than autoattacking. While dashing, Lunge disables your unit collision, so you're able to dodge skill shots like a retard, and [imgsmall=champ/jayce.png] hates that. [title][img=skills/fiora/w.png] W: Riposte[/title] [number](Passive): Fiora's Attack Damage is increased by 15/20/25/30/35. (Active): Fiora parries the next basic attack within 1.5 seconds and reflects magic damage back to the attacker. Works on champions, large monsters, and large minions. Bonus Attack Damage: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 Cooldown: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 seconds Magic Damage: 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+1.0 per ability power) Cost: 45 mana [/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] Riposte is, as the passive, not the best skill in the game, but it can also be the difference betwen a kill or a death. You block one autoattack and counterattack with some magic dmg. The damage hardly makes a difference because we're not getting any MPen or AP, but the block is really handy sometimes. For example while chasing after a Tristana, wich outranges your Lunge, that Block is pretty much the only reason you will be able to reach her, probably with 10% hp, but after the ult you will be full hp. It's also good for dive baits. Most players don't take this skill seriously because it deals no damage at all, so they will dive, AA you, turn back, and most likely get mad coz you blocked that AA and they didnt expect it. The downside of this skill, apart from the damage is that it Blocks damage, but not the effect of the skills. For example, [imgsmall=champ/renekton.png]'s [imgsmall=skills/renekton/w.png] would stun you even if you blocked the first hit. Or [imgsmall=champ/twistedfate.png] card would still slow/stun Fio. [title][img=skills/fiora/e.png] E: Burst of Speed[/title] [number](Active): Fiora gains additional Attack Speed for 3 seconds. Each basic attack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her Movement Speed for 3 seconds, stacking up to 3 times Killing a champion refreshes the cooldown on Burst of Speed. Assists reduce the cooldown by half of the base amount. Cooldown: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 seconds Bonus Attack Speed: 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120% Bonus Movement Speed: 7 / 9 / 11 / 13 / 15% Cost: 55 mana [/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This skill is Jesus Christ riding a bike. 120% bonus AtS at lvl 5, 15% that can stack to 45% movement speed buff, and it even resets on kills. It's duration is short indeed, but who cares, you nuke stuff like butter so you get resets all day long. The MS buff is also great for chasing and avoiding enemy ganks. You just go E -> AA -> Q -> Q on the closest think to the path you want to use to run, and you gtfo of there. I wouldn't recommend to use this skill before ulting if you're not sure to kill anyone, you better use it after the ult, because people will most likely be low and try to run away from you, so the MS will be their doom. [imgsmall=skills/fiora/e.png] Resets AA, and makes Fiora, along with [img=items/ravenous-hydra.png] one of the fastest splitpushers of the game. [title][img=skills/fiora/r.png] R: Blade Waltz[/title] [number](Active): Fiora dashes around the battlefield striking random champions 5 times, dealing physical damage. Successive hits against the same target deal 25% damage. The first and last attack will be against the same target. Each strike applies on-hit effects. Cooldown: 130 / 120 / 110 seconds Physical Damage per Strike: 160 / 330 / 500 (+1.2 per bonus attack damage) Total Minimum Single Target Physical Damage: 200 / 412.5 / 625 (+1.5 per bonus attack damage) Total Maximum Single Target Physical Damage: 320 / 660 / 1000 (+2.4 per bonus attack damage) Total Maximum Physical Damage: 680 / 1402.5 / 2125 (+5.1 per bonus attack damage) [must hit 4 targets] Total Maximum Possible Physical Damage: 800 / 1650 / 2500 (+6 per bonus attack damage) [must hit all 5 targets, only possible if the targeted champion dies before the last dash] Cost: 100 mana Range 400[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] Mang, that skill is insane, this is what makes Fiora the [highlight]Go Full Retard, Win the Game[/highlight] champ, it's damage is ridiculous. You can just go [imgsmall=skills/fiora/q.png]x2 on any AD carry, use the active of [imgsmall=items/ravenous-hydra.png], then [imgsmall=skills/fiora/r.png] and you're gonna nuke him and half of his teammates hp. No need for any skill, retard proof, just go full retard all in and win the game. This skill hits 5 times and each hit procs AA effects such as [imgsmall=items/ravenous-hydra.png][imgsmall=items/blade-of-the-ruined-king.png] and of course, [highlight]Lifesteal[/highlight]. No matter how low you are, if you have [imgsmall=items/ravenous-hydra.png] and [imgsmall=items/the-bloodthirster.png] you will get all your HP back while ulting. This skill makes you untargetable but doesn't negate the DoTs on you. You can use it, for example, to negate all the damage from [imgsmall=skills/fizz/r.png]. You shouldn't use this as an engage on a teamfight as you will always end over the first target you hit with your ult, and most AD carrys will just flash back and put you in a hard position. But as we're going full retard, you can use it as an opener if you're not 0/10. As you're going to kill the AD anyway and your team will be cleaning up the rest of their team. Since last patch invisiblity doesn't interrupt the ult, but skills such as [imgsmall=skills/elise/e.png] will still do.[highlight] Hitting an invisible target with ult wont do damage. [/highlight]

[imgsmall=skills/fiora/r.png]>[imgsmall=skills/fiora/q.png]>[imgsmall=skills/fiora/e.png]>[imgsmall=skills/fiora/w.png] You max ult when possible for obvious reasons, you max Q first becasue of the lane domination and realiable way to harrass and farm without retaliation. You get [imgsmall=skills/fiora/e.png] over [imgsmall=skills/fiora/w.png] becasue [imgsmall=skills/fiora/w.png] will still block a hit, and the dmg is meh anyway while the dmg from the passive wont outshine the AtS boost + the MS you get, with the possiblity of a reset.

Fiora's weakness, she lacks a reliable scape, so focus on freezing the lane till you're at least level 5 and farm farm farm. [highlight]Every creep counts[/highlight]. As soon as you get to lvl 5 start harrassing without taking too much damage. You may be able to force your foe back, and if he's careless enough to stay with 50% or less, you can end him when you reach level 6. If you get pushed undertower before level 3, put a point on [imgsmall=skills/fiora/w.png] at level 2, so you can farm undertower. [highlight]Remember to ward all through the game.[/highlight] Once you're level 6 and got [imgsmall=items/tiamat.png] at least, the lane changes drastically. You will be ahead, few champions can outtrade you but you must be aware of the enemy jungler. If you end up dying once or twice, stay back and farm with tiamat.

You can splitpush really fast, but you still need to secure the drake for your team. Be aware of the map, if you see a chance, shove the lane and go drake. Fiora is really good at taking drakes because you just go full retard ult bot ggwp doublekill np as both of them are squishy as fuck early. If you dont kill them, you will surely force them back. Always remember that Fiora ult has a long CD, so it might be better to save it for a Drake attempt with a bot lane gank than killing just ur top laner. [highlight]Keep farming. Yolo.[/highlight]

Late game is just the same for everyone, push your lanes till first towers, and group for a fight. Dont get caught, and if you do, at least kill someone alone with you. Group with your team, push some lane to force a fight somewhere, a nash... Remember to stay behind your tank before engaging and out of range of any CC abilities that could get you killed before you ulted, such as [imgsmall=skills/ahri/e.png]. It's always the same, the first to throw loses the game.

Teamfights are where Fiora shines, [highlight]you should[/highlight] wait for the right moment to go for the enemy ad carry, or the enemy ap carry if he doesnt have that bullshit [imgsmall=items/zhonyas-hourglass.png]. But if you don't want to wait for the right moment, just go full retard [imgsmall=summoners/flash.png][imgsmall=skills/fiora/q.png]x2[imgsmall=items/ravenous-hydra.png][imgsmall=skills/fiora/r.png] and win anyway, because that's what Fiora's do. Fiora wins and laughs.

[highlight] Will add more soon [/highlight] Go full retard win the game pentakill: [vid=http://www.twitch.tv/biowned/b/565891238]

Fiora is just an underrated champ wich has the potential to be one of the best champs if you get a decent team comp. She's countered by tanks early, but she's unstopable later on. [highlight] Fiora is capable of carrying anyone from Bronze 5 to Diamond 1[/highlight] and people don't know her potential yet. She's extremely fun to play, you just go full retard and win, wich I love, because playing YoloQ can be really really irritating depending on whome you're matched with. Give her a try, and you won't probably regret. [highlight] Sorry for that amazing english display :D[/highlight]
