Hello, I am xxbai a 1800 Elo player. Since I love to play Annie and be very succesful with her, I decided to write a Guide for you, guys ! Many people consider her as OP but she isnt OP, no way. She is very strong but imo she is the best Ap Carry in game that isn´t OP. Positive : Strong Laner Strong in all parts of the game. She got nice burst Nice stun Nice Ap ratios She can farm pretty good. AND THE BEST She is very good pick for EU double AP meta since she doesnt need Blue Buff (: Negative: Short Ability Range Gets outranged from high Ranged heroes like Urgot, Tristana etc. No escape mechanism

I use this runes for Annie because I get so much Mpen at all that I can easily Harass with it and Burst people better and faster down. The stacked Mpen makes it happen that enemys have like 0 Mres early game and it´s helpful all game. :) For Yellows I realised the Manaregen/lvl arent that effective how I thought they are. I changed them to Hp/lvl cuz this will give me some extra survivability. Without the Mana regen Runes I still dont go out of Mana. All in all these runes are for me the best cuz they fit best into my playstyle.. I like to harass and burst people down! After the Annie AP scaling nerf these runes are even better, haha ! :)

[title][img=skills/annie/p.png] Passive: Pyromania[/title] [number]After casting 5 spells, Annie's next spell will stun the target for 1.75 seconds.[/number] ]This is basically a thing that makes Annie. Its an awesome passive and when you got your stun up you can outzone your enemy pretty easy. [title][img=skills/annie/q.png] Q: Disintegrate[/title] [number]Annie flings a mana infused fireball dealing 90/130/170/210/250 (+75% of ability power) magic damage. Disintegrate's mana cost is refunded if it deals a killing blow. Cooldown 4 seconds Cost 60/70/80/90/100 mana Range 625 [/number] This skill is perfect for Last hitting and Harassing. Last hitting should be a breathe with that skill. Always when you Last hit it refunds the mana cost. Pretty awesome. [title][img=skills/annie/w.png] W: Incinerate[/title] [number]Annie casts a cone of fire dealing 85/135/185/235/285 (+80% of ability power) magic damage to all enemy targets in the area. Cooldown 8 seconds Cost 80/95/110/125/140 mana Range 625 [/number] I max this skill first because it has high damage output. Many people would max Q over W because it has shorter Cooldown BUT this skill is much stronger. And an enemy isnt stunned forever -> sometimes you dont get your 2nd Q off -> Waste of damage [title][img=skills/annie/e.png] E: Molten Shield[/title] [number]Places a shield around Annie for 15 seconds, increasing her armor and magic resistance by 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50. Deals 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+20% of ability power) magic damage to enemies who attack Annie with melee attacks. Cooldown 30seconds Cost 25mana[/number] Cant say much about this skill. I never get this skill before 13 because this shield is OKAY but it absorbs like nothing... When I got the skill I instantly use it since it helps you a little bit in teamfights. Its my style but other people like getting E at level 7 or 8 that you can get your stun combo much faster up. [title][img=skills/annie/r.png] R: Summon: Tibbers[/title] [number]Deals 200 / 325 / 450 (+70% of ability power) magic damage to units in the target area and summons Annie's bear, Tibbers, to destroy her enemies. Tibbers has 1200/1600/2000 health and 80 / 105 / 130 attack damage, and continually deals 35 (+20% of ability power) magic damage to surrounding enemies. In addition, Tibbers gains 30/50/70 additional Armor, and 25/45/65 additional Magic Resist for each rank. Cooldown 120 seconds Cost 125/175/225 mana Range 600 [/number] This is her Teddy Bear. And he is awesome. Once the enemy is stunned and you used Tibbers on them and your spell combo, the enemy should be dead aslong he isnt very beefy. I use the skill when I am level 6 and want to kill my lane enemy for more lane dominance. I usually Q them then W ( the W is the stun, JUST when I am in range. Else I stun them with Q ) Tibbers on them and maybe 1 more Q => in normal situations insta dead.

There are a few spell combos for some situations .. You dont have to strictly follow them, use your own :p, but they are basic combos: 1v1 Mid poking All day Q and when enemy is at like 50% health you can go Q , Tibbers, W, Q and enemy should be dead. Your first shot when you start attacking him should be a stun that you can land everything on them. 1v1 Normal fight Almost same as above but here the point is Tibbers stun this will do insane damage :p Its Q, Stun-Tibbers , W ,Q normally enemy should be dead. at the end you can maybe do a Q or W depends :D 5v5 Teamfight Stay behind your team poke with Q once enemys are close together and in your Tibbers cyrcle Tibbers! Q, W but stay behind your team. If you didnt get brainless enemies they will come for you so be ready to Flash :p 5v5 Flash Jump into enemys Teamfight You stay behind a wall for example where the wraiths spawn. you got stun Flash in W as many enemies as possible and tibbers but focus on their carry while you do that. Because once enemies carry is down they are much weaker. Gank Lanes 1v1 top or 2v2 bot is going to be 2v1 / 3v2 You are in Brush bot/ top lane and run or Flash to enemies and do normal combo Q-TIbbers-W-Q Basic Information.... Flashing backwards is in almost every situation a very bad idea. enemyies will catch up and kill you. Its like a wasted flash. Try to flash over walls Like when your mid flash to Wraiths area instead to your tower. :p

Okay early game. You should go mid. The highest priority is to farm as much as possible. Use your Q for easier Last hitting. Dont forget to hit enemy few times with Q when he goes for a last hit. There can happen 3 different situations: 1st Enemy get the last hit and takes the Q. 2nd He attacks you too 3rd He runs away out of your Q range and you deny him from getting last hits. 1. and 3. are the best situation that can happen to you :p What to do when you get outlaned: That usually shouldn´t happen but if it happens, let the enemy push to your tower. It should be very easy to get the last hits under the tower. Let the melee minions get hitted twice and autoattack it then and the ranged minion 1 tower hit and then 1 Q... 1 IMPORTANT RULE IS with every champion NEVER EVER oush the lane when both river sides arent warded. If you see your Lane is pushing. Push it ASAP to enemy tower. The next Wave will come normal and then you can last hit again without any troubles that the enemy jungler can gank you. [highlight]GET WARDS!![/highlight]

Okay, How I mentioned in Early game chapter, when you got your stun up you can zone the Enemy out from EXP Range it works : First, dont forget still to last hit with auto attacks. So you got your stun up, then you should run next to your minions first and then push the enemy more & more away from there on. But dont run onto him like a Truck just push him slowly away. You will see you then behind enemy minions. When he tries to come into exp range you can Q + W that would scare him away again. Oh, and never forget to abuse your absurd Auto attack range. In low elo when you are outzoning and you auto attack the enemy he´s a bit scared. It sounds easy, it is easy when you got it once but it mostly depends on enemy´s playstyle :) If you got another enemy with good burst and you know/see that you can´t outzone him, stopp it, else you would only deny you from last hitting..

Now you should have either your Catalyst or your 2 Doran Rings. With this power you should be able to kill your enemy on lane. But first harass with few Q´s until hes at ~75% at his live. Stun with Q, Tibbers, W, and sometimes Q is up again. => Enemy should be dead Never forget to gank, this helps much in Solo q. and always grab a ward or 2. And never roam around without your team since you are a squishy. Still farming is the highest priority. You can use flash to get closer to enemy then do your spell combo I said above. But dont flash when its obvious this means: dont run straight onto him. Just "take a last hit" but instead of get it flash onto him. That will surprise him very much. If he plays passive then you have 2 Options 1st Enjoy free farm or 2nd Go the other lanes and help them ( low-mid elo solo q its very common ) When you gank there you should come from behind or flash from a bush and do the awesome spell combo :pp

Now you should have your Deathcap Sorc boots Voidstaff still 2 dorans and maybe 1 defensive item. It should be easy to kill someone but best is when you roam around with your team never fight alone. The most important thing is to stay behind your team. In Teamfights you should stun their carry and try to catch as many enemy´s as possible with your tibbers. What I like to do is: Staying at IE: wraiths area flash in stun carry tibbers on as many enemys as possible and run behind your team and continue your spell combo. When you did what I above explained enemy´s carry is dead and its a 5v4 and that should be won -> Their carry has the highest damage output so they are weaker. If you do everything right you should be able when ~3 enemies are close together TIBBERS W and your team -finish´s them off or -They will attack while they are stunned and you finish with W off [highlight]STILL GET WARDS!!![/highlight]

In teamfights your highest priority is to stun people and Tibbers as many enemies as possible like what I said above. Dont be afraid of using Ghost in Team fights, its my main use for ghost on Annie. Pop it in teamfights run onto someone Stun him and tibbers as many enemies as possible that hurts them alot and they are stunned few seconds, and your team should be able with you to kill them, then ! :) But you have to stay behind your team. [highlight]POSTITIONING IS THE KEY. IT DISCRIMINATES AVERAGE / GOOD PLAYERS FROM REALLY GOOD PLAYERS! [/highlight]

That was my first guide ever so dont be so rude to me :) I just want to help you guys. Some language mistakes are probally in there. Its because English isnt my Main language and I just learned it in school. Enjoy playing Annie. She is MY PERSONAL favorite champion in game and A pretty Solid pick in Solo, Duo and Arranged Team pick. Even for competive gaming she is a pretty solid pick.
