[vid=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDV68fKa62k] HI there, i'm Joseph aka Eariocylla and here is my guide to Malzahar! Personally I believe that Malzahar is one of the strongest champions currently with a wide choice of available items and builds to fit your teams needs to deal with the enemy. I've mained Malzahar since season 3 and played roughly about 300-400 games in ranked, normals and twisted treeline matches as AP/AD/Sup. Malzahar currently has about a 3% Pick rate in ranked across the world with about a 55% Win rate. Warding is a a tool that is of a high value. Vision on the map allows you to spot the enemy and counter their plans and pushes giving you control of them and being able to communicate with your team on their location to set up ganks or objectives. As a mid laner you should ideally be warding the area between mid and Drake/Baron. This way you can see if your enemy roams to Buffs, Other lanes or Neutral Objectives like Baron Nashor or Drake. Drake[big][/big] [big]Dragon Slayer Buff[/big] Slaying Dragon now grants Dragon Slayer. The first four stacks of Dragon Slayer are permanent, while the 5th stack only lasts 180 seconds. Dragon's Might: +6% attack damage and ability power Dragon's Wrath: +15% damage to towers and buildings Dragon's Flight: +5% movement speed Dragon's Dominance: +15% damage to minions and monsters Aspect of the Dragon: Doubles all previous bonuses and your attacks burn for 150 true damage over 5 seconds. This stack only lasts 180 seconds. [big]Baron Nashor[/big] [big]Hand of Nashor Buff[/big] Self Grants up to 40 attack damage and ability power (scales with game time) Improves Recall.png Recall: Reduces channel time by 4 seconds A successful recall restores 50% of your champion's maximum health / mana and grants +50% movement speed for 8 seconds. Minion Aura All minions Increase speed to match 90% of average movement speed of nearby champions, capped at 500 movement speed Gain resistance to slow effects Non-super minions have 75% damage reduction versus area of effect, damage over time, and persistent effects Melee minions Gain +50% movement speed when within 800 units of enemy minions or turrets Increased size +75 attack range +75% damage reduction versus champions and minions +30% damage reduction versus turrets (similar to cannon minions) Caster minions +20 attack damage +50% missile speed +100 attack range Cannon minions (beyond turret range) +600 attack range +50 attack damage, but attack speed is halved Attacks are now Area of Effect (200 range) and deal double damage to turrets Super minions +25% attack speed Gain +50% movement speed when within 800 units of enemy minion or turret

Early game is all about farming and harassing! Make sure to use your (E) Malefic Visions to farm up your lane and harass your enemy. This with your voidling should let you push your lane without having to go past half of the mid lane and will cause your enemy to miss last hits. Make sure to ward to allow you to spot the enemy players. Mid Game is about pressuring and killing your enemy and helping your team with Objectives. Now with your full kit you should be able to harass and combo your enemy mid laner. At around 70% a E>Q>W>R should kill them of it not Ignite should finish it easily.

Late Game is for you to take out priority targets or set up kills on lone members using your ultimate to suppress them and get the kill for your team. You need to stay back and use your (Q) & (W) on as many members as possible. Use your (E) on minions pre team fights to try get them onto enemy players. Use your Ult on priority targets or to save yourself if you are targeted by an enemy player.

Use (Q) & (W) on as many enemies as possible. Get as many (E) on enemies as possible. Ultimate (R) on a priority target or a fed character. Stay back and use wards to maximise vision and make sure you have an escape route/room to be able to attack.
