First of all, what are you doing here? Eve has no stun, omg plz pick something else or I'll queue dodge! Don't pick Smite, she can't jungle my friend told me about it!! I got scared too (Bel Air), then I tried. It's exactly the same. Well beside that, hello, I'm Manuki. You probably don't know me because I'm a worthless nobody, but I believe I can share this Eve guide, just to prove these: -Eve is still viable -Eve can jungle -And even with offensive masteries! (Now we're talking!) With the new masteries, it's even easier. This is not AP lichbane Eve. This is "almost AD, hybrid but actually just Triforce, with a bit of lifesteal" Eve. Also this is not a game for 2200 elo, as I am not at this elo and believe team comp actually matters up there, and counter picking happens. But if you're an everyday normal guy, this will work out. Now stay a while and listen. Following is a video to show you it is possible to have good games with Eve. Early game only, so recorded until the first tower got downed. Try to ignore the ending ! What is important in this rune page is all the health. Flat HP seals and quints are what will make you able to jungle at game start. As for the marks, I figured that, since we're focusing on AD, Armor Pen are nice to compliment the masteries. Magic Resist/level glyphs are just the usual. Cooldowns can work too, even though they aren't amazing on Eve, and basically everything can work, as far as the jungle part. Next is up to your playstyle.

[title][img=skills/evelynn/p.png] Passive: Determined Killer[/title] [number]Attacks from minions deal 50% damage to Evelynn.[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] Unfortunately this DOES NOT work with jungle minions. (neutral monsters if you prefer) This is a pretty sad passive. I guess it will be useful if you gank someone behind their minions and all the little things start attacking you. Try to not aknowledge it and it won't cause you trouble. [title][img=skills/evelynn/q.png] Q: Hate Spike[/title] [number]Instantly damages the closest enemy unit with malevolent energy, dealing 25 / 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 (+28% of ability power) magic damage and 50% damage to a secondary nearby target. Cooldown 0.8seconds Cost 12 / 15 / 18 / 21 / 24mana Range 20[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This might be good on AP Eve, but even there I'm not even sure. What is that worth versus... STEALTH ? Still it is good to jungle. If your priority was jungling instead of winning the game, I'd recommend leveling it first. But it's not. Level 1 in this is important to work out your jungle and achieve constant damage and infinite sheen when fighting. It might also net a few last hits (it will make you miss last hits too). [title][img=skills/evelynn/w.png] W: Shadow Walk[/title] [number]Evelynn fades away, becoming stealthed for 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 seconds. Evelynn's next attack or damage ability will slow her target by 30/35/40/45/50% for 3 seconds, ending her Shadow Walk. 1.5 sec delay for stealth to take effect (delayed further by damage). Evelynn can cast Shadow Walk while stealthed to destealth. Cooldown 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds Cost 60 mana[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] Hey, I wonder what's that. Maybe it's useful. Maybe it's what Eve is all about? It is. Once you have it level 3 or higher, ALWAYS be stealthed. You walk in their jungle? Stealth. Yours? Stealth. River? Stealth. Your fountain? Not stealth. Your stealth wears off? It's already up again. (also diamonds) Make sure to get in a bush when you see your stealth timer is running out. When there's electric (sexual) tension on mid as the two team prepare to teamfight but aren't sure because one team is under a tower, where is Eve? Eve is among the ennemies, as an infinite CV. Always follow an ennemy who separates from the group. He's obviously going for the red buff or something. Stand around him, ping if you want. Your team will notice that, and he's dead. Wait for your team before attacking! Being always stealthed will make the enemy panic and be scared shitless all game long. Don't forget the stealth procs Sheen! PROTIP: it also gives a slow [title][img=skills/evelynn/e.png] E: Ravage[/title] [number]Deals 80 / 135 / 190 / 255 / 320 (+100% of ability power) damage to target unit. If Ravage was used from behind, it reduces the target's armor and magic resistance by 10 / 14 / 18 / 22 / 26 for 5 seconds. Cooldown 9seconds Cost 90 / 105 / 120 / 135 / 150mana Range 325[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This is your burst. It's not incredible as not-AP Eve, but it's a sweet little burst with a nice debuff. Initiate with it if Sheen is not already proc'd from the stealth, and if it is, initiate with it anyway, because the spikes are there for the sheen. Until your Triforce is finished, Ravage is a big part of your damage output! (with Ignite) When Triforce is finished, guess what? Ravage is still a big part of your damage output! (even without ignite) [title][img=skills/evelynn/r.png] R: Malice and Spite[/title] [number](Passive): Each time Evelynn scores a kill or assist she regains 150/225/300 health.(Active): Evelynn gains 25/50/75% attack speed and 20/25/30% movement speed for 10 seconds (non-stacking, can cast while stealthed). The cooldown refreshes every time an enemy champion dies.[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] It's a Phantom Dancer on cooldown. No cost. Use it when you must hurry up, when you start fighting, when you try to push a tower, and when you're not sure if you can beat that lizard with such low hp. In most games it will come off cooldown very very very often so use it all the time when you have ong distances to run. (like starting from the fountain) Forget the passive. It's good, but if you expect it it will ruin you. It is not as good as before and won't make you an invincible tank. Also you'll most likely die to Veigar before the last tick of your ignite kills Mordekaiser.

[title][img=skills/evelynn/q.png] Q: Hate Spike[/title] Level 1 is needed to complete your jungle and it gives you something to do with your left hand when you gank if you don't feel like fapping. Also Sheen. Leveling it won't make you a walking AK-47, sorry, so don't bother. Your other skills are way better. [title][img=skills/evelynn/w.png] W: Shadow Walk[/title] Level 1 means 10 seconds stealth. This is NOT long. This means you get out of the bush and you run like mad to attack. There's no time to idle beside the target and wait for the good moment. You must find the right time to trigger this skill at level 1. I get it at level 3 because you can't gank without the two others. Also you'll hit level 3 right after the red. That means right around the corner from that half-dead veigar that didn't yet pick his prison. (maybe!) I'll stop power-leveling Shadow Walk after level 3 because I feel 30 seconds IS enough to wander around. Also, without the stun, it's not as interesting to level it. It raises the slow, but don't you have a phage? If you prefer to have 20 or 40 seconds, or get a second ravage sooner, go for it. [title][img=skills/evelynn/e.png] E: Ravage[/title] Now this is your damage. Get it at level 2 to keep dominating... the jungle monsters. You need to get this level 5 as soon as you have enough stealth (30 or 40 secs) to be a useful Eve. [title][img=skills/evelynn/r.png] R: Malice and Spite[/title] Not much to say. This is a ult. Get it whenever you can, that's just obvious!

[img=items/boots-of-mobility.png] and [img=items/wriggles-lantern.png] are enough for you to dominate early game and scare everyone to death for as long as the laning phase will last. Lantern is a cheap item that will build off that madred you needed to jungle and provide you with enough lifesteal to jungle without potions. The boots are part of what makes Eve Eve. You must never stay too long on a lane, to stay unexpected. This will allow you to be everywhere. [img=items/trinity-force.png] is a really special item. It's not for AD or AP carries, not for supports, and not for tanks. Who is it for? It's for champions that are already AWESOME and BADASS enough to not need any specialized item. Instead, they'll get this to boost every aspect of their awesomeness. Triforce is like having a permanent Nasus' ult. These badass champions include: Udyr, Nasus, Link, Eve, Yorick, Irelia, Poppy along with the occasionnal temporary OP heroes. Lategame it makes you Evelynn with Nasus' ult. Walk around, kill people, get money. [img=items/guinsoos-rageblade.png] just get stacked extremely fast with Eve spamming gameplay, and she benefits from both AS and AP with her constant autoattack + Q damage. Guinsoo means more rape. [img=items/guardian-angel.png]works well with non-specialized heroes just like the Triforce as it allows you to perform sexual abuse twice instead of once. It is always a good endgame item on most heroes. Except maybe for tanks without CC, as that means a big anti-taunt, and you don't want that as a tank, but that's another story. I tend to buy a lot of wards until triforce is finished, since it takes so long.

And now is what you all wanted to know: How do you manage to jungle with Eve? I start my run at the blue buff. Golem VS Eve was a very very very tight fight before the masteries remake if you don't get any help from your teammates, but it was possible. Nowadays there's no real problem. The mid will leech it most of the time and you can just spam Q and drink a potion to get rid of it. Also smite him. Spam Q until the little ones are dead too. Pick Ravage, use it on the big wolf and Q+AA until he's dead. You can stop Q'ing the little ones so you'll have mana for the wraiths. Ravage and AA the big wraith and Q until the 4 of them are dead. Next is red buff and you'll probably get smite up in time to kill it. Initiate with E and AA+Q as with other camps. You're level 3, pick Shadow Walk. Forget litle golems and gank mid. Most of the time, if your teammate didn't push, it WILL work. (you can ask you guy to not push as you start red btw) You also gank bot, as at this point, people tend to be low on hp. So yeah, start ganking, move around, there's almost always occasion to kill people, and when there's not you can go back to jungling. Try to get your lantern asap.

Early game is when you're at your weakest, and it's also the time you'll shine. After your first jungle run, you should try to gank as much as you can. You don't even need the red buff since you already have your slow. [title]Ganking[/title] Eve's real advantage compared to other junglers was never the stun. The stealth is all she is. Most people won't even understand what is worth the surprise effect. Waiting around an enemy for the very exact moment he will commit, go for a last hit or use his stun/whatever useful spell, will always garen-tee panic on their side. Since you waited for them to make a few steps forward, your slow is enough for your teammates to get to them and engage a likely 3v2. Initiate with E and start spamming. If there's healing around, ignite right now. If not, try to not waste it if it's not needed. (For exemple if one of your laners is a jax and the other is alistar or taric, you guys can probably manage that kill without ignite) If you don't kill your target, he used flash or exhaust, or he killed the 3 of you because your teammates were already getting owned in the lane but that's another story. Anyway, having them waste flash is pretty good too! Watch wich lane is tower hugging and wich is aggressive. You'll want to find the enemies that are harrassing a lot as they will also commit a lot. Ones that are full HP since the beginning probably won't give you a kill. You will also want to not be seen most of the time. I'm sure you've heard about that before but yeah, it's important. If they see you on a lane, the 2 others can do whatever they want and feel safe. If you have mobility boots, you'll turn that to your advantage. [highlight]Bot[/highlight] lane is probably where you'll gank the most. If they push too much, try to tell them not too. [highlight]Mid[/highlight] will be harder as there's only one teammate to help you damage and the opponent will likely always flash to his tower. Anyway if you can make him use flash or force him to recall, it's worth it. You probably won't be able to gank a vlad or a leblanc with flash, but, on the other side, don't be scared by tanky champs like Mordekaiser. At low level, your ignite will melt them. [highlight]Top[/highlight] actually shouldn't need ganks, but you'll find they are the ones whining the most about getting some. Go for it only if you have nothing else to do. Most of the times you'll find, over there, tanky characters with pretty low damage, so a kill is not really likely. However if the opponent is already low and you can kill him alone, of course go for it. Actually, if you see anyone getting really low after tower diving or killing your teammate, go for it. If they think they're safe, they often won't recall on the spot. Don't ever try to 1v1 unless the enemy is already almost dead. You can not do this. [title]Wards[/title] Try to keep wards on dragon and on your buffs. (Or the enemy buffs if you feel safe) Talking about wards, let's look at how you deal with their different scenarios. (Call them scenarii if you're a hipster) Try to have your teammates tell you when the enemy places wards. [.]Bot/Top: [highlight]Green ward in river bush[/highlight]: Occurence: Often. Get invisible sooner, or get invisible coming from the lane. (That means from your tower) [highlight]Green ward anywhere else[/highlight]: Occurence: Rare. Doesn't really matter. [highlight]Pink ward in river bush[/highlight]: Occurence: Moderate.Gank coming from the lane/your tower [highlight]Pink ward in lane bushes[/highlight]: Occurence: Rare. Gank from the river normally, just don't "roam" too far. [highlight]Pink ward in the middle of the lane[/highlight]: Occurence: Often. Uh, remember when you jungled with a non-stealthed character? Yeah, do like that. Get in the river bush and wait your moment. Just like if you were another champion. Stealth anyway to get your slow! Watch out: if your ennemies have a brain, they'll jump on you and destroy you as soon as they see you. For that reason, try to not commit behind ennemy minions if your teammates are too far. This is the best counter they can do against you so it's normal if you can't gank this lane anymore. Another great way to deal with this ward is to come from your lane and get in the first lane bush. If the ward really is on the middle of the lane, they won't see you get there and the ward won't see in the bush. [highlight]Pink wards in the river bush AND in the middle of the lane[/highlight]: Occurence: Rare. Gank somewhere else, at least they just used 250 gold. [.]Mid: [highlight]Green ward in a side bush[/highlight]: Occurence: Often. Get invisible sooner or come from the other side. [highlight]Pink ward in a side bush[/highlight]: Occurence: Rare. Gank from the lane and don't get too near the sides. [highlight]Pink ward in the middle[/highlight]: Occurence: Often. You can try the same way you did on the sidelanes, but it likely won't work. Mide laners are paranoid and will flash out before you initiate. Sidelaners probably won't. [.]Dragon [highlight]Green ward in front of dragon[/highlight]: Occurence: Almost always. Be invisible when you're there if you wanna go in the enemy jungle, take another route if you want to gank bot. Mid is likely fine. [highlight]Pink ward in front of dragon[/highlight]: Occurence: Rare (in early game).This is pretty likely to happen in mid game, not really in early game. If it does, don't go there. When you hear about a ward, check the timer. A ward lasts 3 minutes and most people won't replace them immediately. This is YOUR time window.

Now if you're going to play Eve, I hope you know wtf you're doing. Be ready because your team IS gonna blame you. Past the "omg troll" and "please don't pick eve" in champion selection, if you manage to not get dodged, there's more to endure. If you lose the game, they WILL blame you. If they don't buy wards and get killed by the other jungler, if you can't gank because they are always pushing or dead, hell, even if they die on a legit 2v2 without any gank involved, they WILL blame Eve. That's her hidden passive, wich is about as good as the minions one. However, if you carry these guys for the whole early game and destroy all the towers in endgame, well, ... oh not wait, they won't congratulate you. Not to mention that if you fail and die in the jungle because you're one of those guys that don't know if they can do it without a leash and try anyway when it happens, prepare to get mocked. So yeah basically, don't expect to make a lot of friends when playing Eve. If you wanna boost your ego, play Gangplank while you can and get a Triforce and 5 phantom dancers and call it all on your skills.
