Pretty standard runes minus the quints I prefer 2 move speeds for the 3% for roaming on "the wanderer"
Bard has pretty good presence in lane as long as you can hit your bindings... make sure if your leaving to roam or go chime collecting put a few shrines down... Make sure you are getting pressure in the mid lane as well and tell your jungler not to hesitate on invades because you can follow up quickly if a fight breaks out
MiD GAME TIME! make sure you are picking up the pieces for your passive and setting up around objectives use your ults proactively because if you use them defensively your probably not gonna win if you get engaged on at any time you can asses the situation and ult the enemy back line or their front line depending on the situation at hand. If your team is fairly even ulting the back line is probably the best option here because your back line has free time to chip away at their front line so you'll have an advantage while their back line can't do any damage.
You can also ult objectives so if they get the jump on a rotation you can ult the objective and use your journey to help your team get there and engage on them or contest the objective. So don't hesitate make sure you keep your wards up and make sure your trying to land your bindings.
Again same thing I talked about in the mid game spill either ult there back line if your even and you have peeling tanks or if you have diving tanks ult their front line and land your bindings on after the ult is up.
Bard is one of the strongest if not the strongest support if put into the right hands so make sure your always playing proactively use your ult correctly and LAND YOUR BINDINGS. Also keep mid lane presence since you can rotate quickly.
