Ravaged by Rune Wars long past, the lands south of the Great Barrier are wrecked by chaotic magical storms, leaving the grasp of nature's rule tenuous at best. While abnormal flora or fauna are the norm rather than the exception in these ruined areas, perhaps none is more curious than the case of Rammus. While no one is entirely certain why an armadillo from the Shurima Desert crossed the Kumungu Jungle into the Plague Jungles, Rammus made just such a journey. There, amongst the twisted vines and festering rot, he came across an oddity - a healthy evergreen hedge maze, stretching as far as the eye could see. As he explored the maze, something compelled him toward its center - a light, a presence of some kind. As he drew closer, the light surged, blinding him and knocking him unconscious. When he awoke, Rammus' whole world had changed. The maze had vanished and he felt truly cognizant for the first time in his otherwise unremarkable life. As his predicament dawned on him, Rammus had a moment of panic. As he trembled, the earth around him began to shake, the intensity increasing until he managed to steady himself. As the quake receded, Rammus arose and left the Plague Jungles in search of others like him. His search brought him across all the lands south of the Great Barrier, but everywhere he went, he was unique.The hardships of this sojourn inspired him to craft the suit of armor that would earn him the title of Armordillo. Rammus' quest eventually drew him to the only place where a sentient armadillo is less than confounding - the League of Legends. [imgext=http://a2.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/309549_2413199324419_1084358469_32460602_659030591_n.jpg] I would go this runes with 15 armor pen and 25 armor with 24 mr at level 18 because, as he jungles his w scales off of armor and you can have the choice of starting with [imgsmall=items/boots-of-speed.png] and [imgsmall=items/health-potion3.png] or [imgsmall=items/cloth-armor.png] and [imgsmall=items/health-potion5.png]. Also with this helps out scale late game also since, rammus gets attack damage from armor and you can auto attack with 200+ damage, and you would have 15 armor pen for it.

[title][img=skills/rammus/q.png] Q: Powerball[/title] [number]Rammus accelerates in a ball towards his enemies, dealing 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+100% of ability power) magic damage and causing 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% reduced movement speed to nearby enemies on impact for 3 seconds. Cooldown 12seconds Cost 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120mana Range 300[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This Skill i get it at level 2 and max it last. This skill is useful for ganking and chasing other champions if they are trying to run away from you. Also It slows people down and then you can use your [imgsmall=skills/rammus/e.png] at them. [title][img=skills/rammus/w.png] W: Defensive Ball Curl[/title] [number]Rammus goes into a defensive formation for 6 seconds, increasing his armor and magic resistance by 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 and returning 20/30/40/50/60 +10% of total armor as magic damage to attackers. Cooldown 18 seconds Cost 50 mana[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This Skill is really useful while ganking, jungling, and in team fights. This allows you to return the damage when outher champions auto attack you. For example if other team has a ad carry auto attacking you just use this skill, and get more armor and return excessive amount of damage that they attack for. Also this skill helps your passive also giving you more attack damage.(*note I max this 2nd) [title][img=skills/rammus/e.png] E: Puncturing Taunt[/title] [number]Rammus taunts the unit into a reckless assault, reducing their armor by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 and forcing them to attack Rammus for 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 second(s). Cooldown 12seconds Cost 50 / 65 / 80 / 95 / 110mana Range 325[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This skill helps a lot in team fights and in ganking. You can taunt people to follow you when you gank people, and in team fights you can use it to focus their carries or defend your carries from getting attacked.(*note I max this first) [title][img=skills/rammus/r.png] R: Tremors[/title] [number]Rammus creates tremors beneath him, dealing 65 / 130 / 195 (+30% of ability power) magic damage per second to nearby units and structures. Lasts 8 seconds. Cooldown 60seconds Cost 120mana Range 300[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This ultimate allows you to deal significant amounts of damage to other champions. This allows you to ult during team fights and dealing an AOE ult damage over 8 seconds.

First i start off with [imgsmall=items/cloth-armor.png] and [imgsmall=items/health-potion5.png] or ([imgsmall=items/boots-of-speed.png] and d[imgsmall=items/health-potion3.png] for early ganks). Then I build my core items, which is [imgsmall=items/philosophers-stone.png](1st), then [imgsmall=items/heart-of-gold.png]. After I buy my core items I go for [imgsmall=items/thornmail.png] since this helps you a lot early and late game for your damage and armor. After I buy thornmail I get [imgsmall=items/mercurys-treads.png] if they have a lot of crowed controll or [imgsmall=items/ninja-tabi.png] if they have a lot of auto attacking carries, also for armor. After i buy those two items I look at their team composition and see if they are heavy ad, ap, or equal. If they are haevy ap I would usually get [imgsmall=items/warmogs-armor.png],[imgsmall=items/force-of-nature.png],[imgsmall=items/banshees-veil.png]. If they are heavy ad I would get [imgsmall=items/randuins-omen.png],[imgsmall=items/sunfire-cape.png],[imgsmall=items/frozen-heart.png],[imgsmall=items/guardian-angel.png]. If they are Even in ad and ap I would get items [imgsmall=items/force-of-nature.png],[imgsmall=items/sunfire-cape.png],[imgsmall=items/randuins-omen.png], and [imgsmall=items/banshees-veil.png].

Early game is about ganks. You will need to gank lanes at top mid and bottom. Also see where your allies are most struggling at. If they are struggling a lot at top, you would need to gank a lot at top(common sense). In mid game I would have a lot of controll at dragon and team fights. Also give your ap carry blue buff after your second one and give your ad carry red buff after 3rd or 4th one. Late game, You are mighty powerful with your items, and you will be an unstoppable tank with your taunts. Taunts help a lot in team fights and in ganks.

During team fights I usually [imgsmall=skills/rammus/q.png] in to the fights, then using [imgsmall=skills/rammus/r.png] with [imgsmall=skills/rammus/w.png] I taunt their carries with [imgsmall=skills/rammus/e.png] which you can get a guarnteed kill off of. Also I try to come from the side since their carries are behind their tanks and they are protected.

Jungling I First start with [imgsmall=items/cloth-armor.png] and [imgsmall=items/health-potion5.png] or [imgsmall=items/boots-of-speed.png] and [imgsmall=items/health-potion3.png] for faster ganks. I start off at wolf camps since you can finish it off with the help of your team mates. After wolves I go to Blue getting leash from our ap carry, and help from our bot lane. *note( as soon as blue attack use [imgsmall=items/health-potion.png] and [imgsmall=skills/rammus/w.png]). Also when the blue golem is at 455hp~500hp use your[imgsmall=summoners/smite.png] to kill it off. Then I go to Wraiths with my[imgsmall=skills/rammus/q.png], as i go to the wraith camp i stay in the middle of the wraiths so i can [imgsmall=skills/rammus/q.png] and hit all 4 of them with 100+ damage then use[imgsmall=skills/rammus/w.png] attacking the blue wraiths while the small wraiths kill themselves.(*note use [imgsmall=items/health-potion.png]). At level 3 I get [imgsmall=skills/rammus/w.png] or [imgsmall=skills/rammus/e.png](if i can gank). If i get [imgsmall=skills/rammus/w.png] I would go for red, using my [imgsmall=skills/rammus/q.png] hitting the red buff then, I use my[imgsmall=skills/rammus/w.png] which damages 50+ hp to the lizard, also while fighting the lizard i use[imgsmall=items/health-potion.png]. After I get the lizard buff I go for double golems to hit level 4. first I [imgsmall=skills/rammus/q.png] in to the double golems, and use [imgsmall=summoners/smite.png] on one of the golems and kill him off 1st, after killing both golems, you will hit level 4 and will need to get [imgsmall=skills/rammus/e.png] and let the ganking begin.
