Annie is my favourite of all time, I've played countless of games with her and this is the build I have had most success with. Since you're just a litle girl, you will get focused. This guide will counter their pedo raping needs, and at the same time, you'll deal high amount of damage.

Annie's high amount of Magic Penetration allows for easy harras with low cooldown spells early game. You might want to change your Seals into flat armor, if you can handle the lower mana regen. You don't have much health, so you have to stay behind your minions in the first few levels, until you get your catalyst built up.

[title][img=skills/annie/p.png] Passive: Pyromania[/title] [number]After casting 5 spells, Annie's next spell will stun the target for 1.75 seconds.[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This is what makes annie the great burst champion she is. In order to take full advantage of your abilities, start of with a [imgsmall=skills/annie/q.png] if it's a solo opponent. This will make it much easier to land your [imgsmall=skills/annie/w.png]. This is a great ability, and you should always leave yourself with the opportunity to have your stun ready, whenever you leave your lane. Remember to ALWAYS use either [imgsmall=skills/annie/w.png] or [imgsmall=skills/annie/r.png], to leave their team stunned for 1.75 seconds at the start of a teamfight. This will quickly make them scared and they start to run away. [title][img=skills/annie/q.png] Q: Disintegrate[/title] [number]Annie flings a mana infused fireball dealing 90 / 130 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+60% of ability power) magic damage. Disintegrate's mana cost is refunded if it deals a killing blow. Cooldown 4seconds Cost 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120mana Range 625[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] Use this ability mainly for farming early game. And if you wish to harras, open with this ability whenever you got your [imgsmall=skills/annie/p.png] up. And then land your [imgsmall=skills/annie/w.png] followed up with an auto-attack. [title][img=skills/annie/w.png] W: Incinerate[/title] [number]Annie casts a cone of fire dealing 85 / 145 / 205 / 265 / 325 (+60% of ability power) magic damage to all enemy targets in the area. Cooldown 8seconds Cost 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 / 160mana Range 625[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This is a simple, high damage AoE spell. If you manage to land both your [imgsmall=skills/annie/q.png] and [imgsmall=skills/annie/w.png], you are sure to hurt them quite a bit. In teamfights, you open with either this or Tibbers, when you got your [imgsmall=skills/annie/p.png] up. [title][img=skills/annie/e.png] E: Molten Shield[/title] [number]Places a shield around Annie for 15 seconds, increasing her armor and magic resistance by 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50. Deals 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+20% of ability power) magic damage to enemies who attack Annie with melee attacks. Cooldown 30seconds Cost 25mana[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This is extremly good for defensive purposes. But also great for farming, each time a minion attacks you, they lose health, and it scales with 20% of your AP. Let the minions attack you for a while, you won't lose much health, because you get increased armor. When all the minions have lost some HP, finish them off with your [imgsmall=skills/annie/w.png]. If there are any survivers, pick them off with your [imgsmall=skills/annie/q.png]. Annie can easly farm an entire wave without much trouble. If you're not high on mana, I don't suggest spending that much on farming. [title][img=skills/annie/r.png] R: Summon: Tibbers[/title] [number]Deals 200 / 325 / 450 (+70% of ability power) magic damage to units in the target area and summons Annie's bear, Tibbers, to destroy her enemies. Tibbers has 1200 / 1600 / 2000 health and 80 / 105 / 130 attack damage, and continually deals magic damage to surrounding enemies. Cooldown 120seconds Cost 150 / 200 / 250mana Range 600[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] Do NOT underastemate the damage Tibbers does. Don't be a dick and only try to finish them off with Tibbers. Your bear deals AoE damage to your surrounding enemies. Think of it as a [imgsmall=items/sunfire-cape.png]. Plus Tibbers does high DPS so it helps you out greatly in grouped up teamfights. Remember to hold down your ALT key, and hug your bear to an enemy squishy. Countless of times I've killed low HP enemies with Tibbers hugging them early game, because they underastimate his AoE and damage. If you can land Tibbers, and hit at least 3 enemies, ALWAYS use your Tibbers instead of [imgsmall=skills/annie/w.png]. Again, Tibbers AoE and damage is huge.

I choose [imgsmall=skills/annie/q.png] first for farming, and again on level 3. Only so it's more easy to get last hits. Also I max my [imgsmall=skills/annie/w.png] first because it does more damage than your [imgsmall=skills/annie/q.png]. I max [imgsmall=skills/annie/e.png] last because you need the damage output early-mid game. When you are above level 6, ganking is really easy. Use your summoners [imgsmall=summoners/flash.png] and [imgsmall=summoners/ignite.png] on their squishies in other lanes, to easly get a kill.

This build allow for some sort of tanky champion with extreamly high damage output. In teamfights you will get focused, that's just the law of nature. With these items, and your shield (E) up, it will take an effort to take you down. If your enemy got high magic resist, I would recommend swapping out the [imgsmall=items/abyssal-scepter.png] for a [imgsmall=items/void-staff.png] for the extra magic penetration. Even though your Abyssal Scepter lowers their magic reist. Late game, percentage is much better than flat low numbers. You do not have alot of Cooldown reduction. So unless you have bluebuff, grabbing [imgsmall=items/elixir-of-brilliance.png], will help you out greatly. It will also allow for much easier farming with your [imgsmall=skills/annie/q.png], so you can kill EVERY creep with it. You can get [imgsmall=items/void-staff.png] over a [imgsmall=items/abyssal-scepter.png] IF your enemy team does NOT have much magic damage or suppression.

Your [imgsmall=skills/annie/q.png] is key early game for farming. You should have gotten two points to this ability by level 3, then maxing your [imgsmall=skills/annie/w.png]. Inside of tower range, let the tower hit the caster minions once, before you finish them off with your Q. For the melee minions, let the tower hit them twice, then use your Q to get the last hit. After killing 4 minions with [imgsmall=skills/annie/q.png], you got your stun up, that's when I choose to harras. If your enemy is close enough for you to land your [imgsmall=skills/annie/p.png], go for it. The stun lasts for 1.75, which allows atleast [imgsmall=skills/annie/q.png] and [imgsmall=skills/annie/w.png], plus an auto-attack, which leads to them dropping at least 30%. Don't worry about not being close enough to use auto-attack. Annie got 650 range which is extremly long. Your auto-attack got a longer range than any of your spells. Early game, auto attacks is key.

Ganking is underastimated on Annie, I don't often see people do it and I don't understand why. Be sure to land your Q first, to ensure to get your target stunned. Then follow it up by Tibbers to do extra AoE and DPS damange. Then your [imgsmall=skills/annie/e.png] to finish them off. If they still haven't died, pop your shield for safty, and finish them up with [imgsmall=skills/annie/q.png], due to its low cooldown. If you flash in you can more easly land Tibbers, without them seeing it coming. Then you will maximise the damage output Tibbers is able to do. Ignite them if you want to get both of your enemies, but then you will need help from your teammates.

When you got high enough AP, you can kill entire waves with your [imgsmall=skills/annie/w.png]. You will end up with much gold and it wont take long. If you got your flash up, and the enemy teams doesn't have alot of stuns, you can actually go roam in their territory. Keep close distance to walls so you can Flash over to get an easy escape. You can easly pick off squishies trying to get Blue or Redbuff solo. [imgsmall=items/vision-ward.png] or [imgsmall=items/oracles-elixir.png] is key for late-game roaming.

With this build, you can stay in the teamfight to maximise the damge from your spells. Don't be afraid. Remember that your [imgsmall=skills/annie/e.png] actually damage your attacking enemies. Don't be afraid to use your [imgsmall=skills/annie/q.png] on who-ever, except maybe their tanks late game. It does decent amount of damage to almost anyone and the cooldown is extremly low, so don't bother saving it for better targets. But most important of all, OPEN WITH YOUR [img=skills/annie/r.png]!!!! The damage is sick, plus an AoE stun will quickly turn a teamfight to your favour. Again remember to hold your ALT key down, and hug tibbers to your enemies for craploads of damage. I would NOT recommend flashing in with [imgsmall=skills/annie/r.png] and think you will drop everyone. This is highly risky and might cost you the game, late-game. Unless you are certain you will stun over half of their team, I deeply wouldn't recommend it. Annie excels at catching people off-guard. This is highly rewarded late-game, since your stun will prevent them from escaping your huge damage output.

Don't be afraid to use [imgsmall=skills/annie/r.png] for either taking Baron, Dragon or even blue early game. Tibbers is really usefull for jungling and lasts for one minute. Then it's about another 50 seconds, and you can summon Tibbers again. Obiously you shouldn't use tibbers if a teamfight is about to begin, and your team is grouped up. Also remember that your [imgsmall=skills/annie/e.png] is good for jungling early game. Especially on Wratihs. Land your [imgsmall=skills/annie/w.png] and you'll leave them with bearly any HP left, activate your shield to make them kill themself, only auto-attack the big blue one.

Sweet little 1on3 triple kill [youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOxzYdc3SXU[/youtube] Yes, I have changed my summoners name! haha [highlight]Added 25.07.2011[/highlight] - http://www23.zippyshare.com/v/1404381/file.html - Great Annie 5on5. I did quite well in this match, though their enemy Nunu was trolling. (ended up with 27-8-13 something) At the end of the game, I have some great positioning and timing. I believe you will learn a lot from watching this replay. I get a quick kill on brand at level 5, and then hit 6. I recall back and go botlane to gank, ending up getting them both down. It's a 45min game so there are a lot of teamfights, and I show you how to open and engage. [highlight]If you have 45min to spare, please watch this replay. It will inrease your knowledge on Annie if you are not that familiar to this type of defensive item build while being aggressive.[/highlight]

Annie facestomps her opponents. Be sure to farm well early game to get your [imgsmall=items/rod-of-ages.png] quickly so you can maximize it increased health/mana/ap per minute. Hopefully this guide will help you survive with Annie, aswell as doing high damage. Annie really is a top tier champion. Remember to use your taunt when you rape them. :)
