Well, first of all, you are a cat gurl. And your play style has to match who you are =) Starting your [imgsmall=items/boots-of-speed.png][imgsmall=items/health-potion3.png] and learning [imgsmall=skills/nidalee/w.png] as fast as the game started and running to set those traps up at strategic keypoints [imgext=] What i like doing, especially on blue side is "counter jungle" Bushwhack the big wraith and stand over the wall at 1:38 make sure you dong get noticed tho, kill the big wraith and lose maybe 1/5 hp for 1/3 of exp to dominate the lane, then go ahead and bushwhack enemy red or x2 golems to know when he is going to gank you. I call this the SMD Nidalee (Secret Mastermind Dominator) [imgext=] Bushwhacking Ramps with 2 Bushwhacks depending on what side you are on can protect you from early ganks and give that valuable jungler information to the teammates, bushwhacking own buffs - protection from invades and bushwhacking enemy buffs can even annoy the opponent. When laning, first of all, you are a very good sustainer, and you shall play like one. Early on just focus on the cs unless you can trade or get some freehits on the opponent knowing that you will be on top (If you took 1 wraith that will probably not work). When you get around level 3 or 5 and successfully lives through the jungler gank you can start trading with the opponent, use the bush and your passive [imgsmall=skills/nidalee/p.png] to get tactical advantage on the opponent and get free hits in, if he hits you, [imgsmall=skills/nidalee/e.png] using Alt + E and poking him right back as he runs out from the trade, note: don`t just stand around AA`ing in the creeps, orbwalk (Hit, run, don`t take lots of damage) and preferably use the bush for the ms bonus (420 ms with the runes/masteries i use). You should be able to slowly force the opponent to use all his potions, and start falling low on hp. When you get [imgsmall=skills/nidalee/r.png] thats where the fun starts, you can be safely (no you are never safe unless its warded) push to tower, dmg the tower using heal buff and orbwalk giving the opponent a choice, to get the farm and get his tower damaged, or get you off the tower but lose cs. Also pushing forces a junlger to come top that is supposed to be [imgsmall=items/sight-ward.png] and [imgsmall=skills/nidalee/w.png]. As the game goes on, you gotta be dominating or at least have a tie in cs with your opponent (when you tie its a bad game for you) and have his tower hurt and it has to hurt a lot. Pressure toplane as much as you can. If your opponent goes mia and tries to gank/get draggon or do something crazy, go get that tower tiger, get it fast and start getting another one, bushwhack enemy buffs or take them when they are up, damage the tower get the x2 golems or wolves, steal the blue, ward around it. Total dominance. However, if you took down the tower at top, and pushed all the way to another one and possibly took down a buff, enemy has a hard time at top, go down the river and get a fast dragon with your team, try to get there when someone on the enemy team got low or died, assist team in killing dragon fast and come back top fast enough that opponent did not start killing your tower, key is to have the lane pushed out enough to get couple of spare mins in. If he is smart, he will freeze it and get his farm back, but you and your team got the dragon. After, just come back top and keep on the torture, make sure he does not freeze it by pushing it to the tower so it kills the creeps while you can (again) pressure the tower. When getting catform in lane, just use it to clear waves, or to jump into the enemy and doing the Q E for the dmg. It takes practice to know what form is better for the situation but always switch around and be mobile. Reaction W`s is a good way to dodge skillshots like Morgana`s binding. Now you are wondering "How am i supposed to escape those ganks and move around the map and stuff..." Well, knowing where all the walls to jump are is a must ! To jump over the wall, walk up to it, clicking before the wall, not behind it and not on the wall, and gently press W in catform, when getting chased, key is not to panic, also you can press S to not AA something near you (if you got AA nearest objects on) that can mess up the jump. Here is a map: Note, summoner rift is relatively mirrored and those are jumps for both sides and its quite easy to see the reflected ones. [imgext=] [imgext=] [imgext=] [imgext=] [imgext=] [imgext=] Now that you know how to jump walls, i`m gonna talk about how to actually run as nidalee. You should use bushes because [imgsmall=skills/nidalee/p.png] is op mobility ! After a while of playing nidalee you will get a nidalee syndrome, its when you think that every champ gets the movement speed bonus in the bush. Jumping out of the bush right as you exit it will utilize the passive even more as it lasts for a little bit after exiting a bush. Nidalee does not run like a normal champ, if you see that you cant make it through the regular route safe without getting cut off, use what you have, walls, bushes, jukes and chance of no one warding the enemy jungle, even getting deep inside between towers (possibly executing yourself) can be a good idea.

Well Nidalee has an attack speed steroid and it is big ! By that i mean [imgsmall=skills/nidalee/e.png] can make your ad x2 as useful in teamfights, use it on the ad and stick to the ad to kill people that come near the ad - always a good idea. However, if you see an opportunity for some free damage / assassination of AP or AD Carry you go for it, make sure you do not hurt yourself while doing it though, getting picked off in an unfair battle while separated can cost you the game but if you can manage to get 2+ people especially if there is 1 carry among them separated from their team that is fighting 3v4 or 2v4 without a carry that is really good, just stall them and don`t die, make them split, make them chase, make them regret what they done. If not, just help the ad out and take dmg for him. Throwing a spear for the trinity force proc here and there is always a good idea. Ad nid is quite useless in teamfights unless you dominated a lane as her, then yes you are doing it right. Bushwhacking somewhere in the fight is good too, cuts the resistance`s makes them squishier and visible (if they try to run) Nid got good synergy with Nunu for pushing towers or taking care of ad. And if the Nunu is jungle and you got an additional support, oh boy that ad is gonna be big... I make weeklies on youtube and i got a lot of Nidalee plays there: [youtube][/youtube] Sorry for having some other champs in there too ;) [youtube][/youtube] At 1:30+ [youtube][/youtube] I have been around for a while now, Platinum season one, x3 Diamond (2300+ Soloqueue) this season and a lot of games played so i think i have some idea of what i am talking about ;) Also i explain some stuff through out when streaming Hope you liked the guide and i will add on to it as the time goes when i find something to add.
