Vayne is one of the best AD ranged to date. She has great mobility with tumble and her invisible makes her crazy. She can also shred your opponent's health with her silver bolts. The only thing I can find bad about her is her base movement speed. She has one of the slowest base movement speed in the game, which makes it hard for her early game.

Nine Armor Penetration Marks-Best marks for every AD Ranged. Nine Armor Seals-These seals benefit Vayne the most, better sustain. Nine Magic Resistance Glyphs-These glyphs benefits Vayne the most, better sustain. Three flat AD Quints-Helps last hit, early game damage, consider this best for ad ranged.

[title][img=skills/vayne/p.png] Passive: Night Hunter[/title] [number]Vayne ruthlessly hunts evil-doers. She gains 40 Movement Speed when moving toward nearby enemy champions.[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] Due to her nerf, she moves way too slow. This is very important on Vayne. This gives her the mobility to catch people or run away if you get ganked from behind. It is nearly impossible to run away from a Vayne. [title][img=skills/vayne/q.png] Q: Tumble[/title] [number]Vayne tumbles a short distance and her next basic attack within 6 seconds deals bonus physical damage. The bonus is equal to 40/45/50/55/60% of her total Attack Damage. Cooldown 6/5/4/3/2 seconds Cost 40 mana[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This gives Vayne a ton of mobility. With this, you can catch up, run away or dodge skill shots. You can also tumble to get next to your opponent and condemn them to the side wall. This also resets your auto-attack, which makes it really hard to fight Vayne at the early levels. [title][img=skills/vayne/w.png] W: Silver Bolts[/title] [number]Vayne tips her bolts with a rare metal, toxic to evil things. The third consecutive attack or ability against the same target deals an additional 20/30/40/50/60 plus 4/5/6/7/8% of the target's maximum Health as true damage. (Max: 200 damage vs. Monsters)[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This skill helps shred tanks extremely well because it deals true damage. With your attack speed end game, you should be able destroy any tanks. [title][img=skills/vayne/e.png] E: Condemn[/title] [number]Vayne fires a huge bolt, dealing 45/80/115/150/185 (+50% of attack damage) physical damage and knocking her target back. If they collide with terrain they take 45/80/115/150/185 (+50% of attack damage) additional physical damage and will be stunned for 1.5 seconds. Cooldown 20/18/16/14/12 seconds Cost 90 mana Range 450[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This is what makes Vayne really strong. It may to hard to land, but it does an extreme amount of damage early game if you do land it. The stun also gives you free hits while they can't do anything. It is extremely hard to fight a Vayne near walls. [title][img=skills/vayne/r.png] R: Final Hour[/title] [number]For 8/10/12 seconds Vayne gains 25/40/55 Bonus Attack Damage, Tumbling grants Vayne stealth for 1.5 seconds, and the bonus Movement Speed from Night Hunter is tripled. Cooldown 70 seconds Cost 80 mana[/number] [title]Explanation:[/title] This is a MUST in team fights. This is her steroids. Giving her extra AD is already good enough, but you also become invisible when you tumble and triples your passive. It is impossible to escape a Vayne with Final Hour and makes her hard to focus because she keeps disappearing. The invisible can also save you from Teemo's blind.

Raising q first will make it extremely hard to fight you at level one, and allows you to trade hits better. It is best to max condemn first because of it's insane damage. Max W last since you don't have much attack speed early game, it won't proc as much. Max q second for the extra damage you get and shorter cooldown. Raise R whenever you can like every other champion except Udyr.

Early game, you should just focus on farming non-stop. If you want, you can trade hits extremely well with your tumble, and set up fights with condemn.

By Mid Game, you should have your bloodthirster by now. Continue farming for the bloodthirster stacks and then you can decide whether to fight if you know you can win or continue farming. You should also be able to win 1 on 1s so try to 1 on 1 them near walls of course.

By late game, you will need to make sure you have Quicksilver Sash before you fight. You and your team can force team fights and wreck them, or just split push if they refuse to fight. If some one tries to stop you from split pushing, you should be able to easily kill them if you have the right items.

Positioning is one of the most important part of Vayne. If you can't position yourself correctly, you just lost the game for your team. Positioning isn't the hardest for Vayne though, since you can ulti and tumble out of the fight and come back with your auto attacks. You can also condemn them away from you and get some free hits. A good vayne that can position themselves correctly will be able to carry their team.
