Greetings, I'm FurySK in game. I've been playing off and on since season 2, and Varus was a fun champion for me when i switched to ADC main in season 3, where i went 35-24. I do not have the expertise to climb through gold or above with the AD caster variation of Varus, but felt it important to elaborate on some of the things i saw when watching the Varus video that was referenced in the title of the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OygaFNyWAjQ). I make no claim to the discovery of this version of Varus, although i do have a handful of changes i make. The strength of AD-caster Varus is a mid game grouping power spike, which happens to be a predominant part of lower level play. Once Varus hits his first three items, he can effectively poke down the enemy team, which enables the team to take an advantageous teamfight or siege a tower depending on the positioning and composition of the enemy team.

Whether or not ADC works against certain champions better or not at Bronze and Silver levels matters little how the champion kits work, and more on how well you've learned to play Varus and how well the opponent has learned to play against Varus or his champion knowledge in general. For example, Vayne's have caused me some problems occasionally by out-scaling me late game and dodging my Q's early on, allowing for farm once i was conserving mana. The same can go for a lot of champions. Sustain Supports not named Soraka can also cause problems for poke champions in general, and can affect the way that the lane plays out.
