Best Spell for Dominion, especially for Rammus - Speeeeeeeed
To slow down Enemies who chase you/are under your Tower etc etc.
You can change Exhaust to Revive if you want. Your decision, both Spells are pretty good for Dominion. If you take revive you can put the 1 mastery point in "Reservation" instead of "Cripple".
A few Words
Hey, this is my first Guide I've ever wrote and I just wanna write/say a few Things straightaway; I live in Europe/Austria so if you find any english grammatical mistakes contact me. This Guide is just ONE WAY to play rammus in Dominion, its the "Superfastlighthyperway" to control/steal the capture points and before downvoting this guide please respect that I played Dominion now a few times and I wasnt that bad with that itembuild/strategy and its MY way to play rammus, if you dont like it, be constructive and give me tips and say your opinion in the comment section.
Skills
Passive: Spiked ShellRammus gains additional damage as his shell becomes reinforced, converting 25% of his armor into damage.
Explanation:
A good Passive if you're going against much AD, and with Randuins, Thornmail, Frozen Heart you hit like hell.
Q: PowerballRammus accelerates in a ball towards his enemies, dealing 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+100% of ability power) magic damage and causing 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% reduced movement speed to nearby enemies on impact for 3 seconds.
Cooldown 12seconds
Cost 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120mana
Range 300

Its your butter and bread, your spell to steal/capture, its simply the reason why to play Rammus on Dominion. I dont think that I have to explain why; Hit it everytime when its ready, use it for chasing an enemy, use it for escape. You ask yourself "Wont I go oom?" -, NO YOU WONT and thats amazing on Dominion! You're not going oom because of the Health/Mana buffs.
W: Defensive Ball CurlRammus goes into a defensive formation for 6 seconds, increasing his armor and magic resistance by 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 and returning 20/30/40/50/60 +10% of total armor as magic damage to attackers.
Cooldown 18 seconds
Cost 50 mana
Explanation:
First; the Increase of armor/MR, like a turtle - They will do MUCH less damage to you.

E: Puncturing TauntRammus taunts the unit into a reckless assault, reducing their armor by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 and forcing them to attack Rammus for 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 second(s).

Cost 50 / 65 / 80 / 95 / 110mana
Range 325
Explanation:
This is why the enemies gonna hate you.
The enemy wants to escape = You use

The enemy is under his tower = You use
and run away so that he have to follow you. The enemy is chasing you BUT afraid because you stand under YOUR tower = You use
and the tower will hit him.
R: TremorsRammus creates tremors beneath him, dealing 65 / 130 / 195 (+30% of ability power) magic damage per second to nearby units and structures. Lasts 8 seconds.
Cooldown 60seconds
Cost 120mana
Range 300
Explanation:
I use it whenever I see the chance of killing somebody, not minding if I'm solo or if I'm in a teamfight.
I just blow Q,W,E, + R and the enemy should be dead.
Also good if they wanna capture your tower, hit R and you're canceling it for 8 seconds
( If you survive :P)
Be fast
You start with Boots of mobility to get the best movement speed at the beginning + your ghost and the Q spell you'll head for the top ( I suggest the following Start: You and 2 Mates top, - Windmill, one captures mid on your side and the last one goes bottom ). After you captured Windmill your team should have 3 points. Windmill, one on bottom and the left/right side ( depends on which side you start ). From now on you gonna hit your Q spell E V E R Y T I M E its ready and be sure you always check the speed buff if you're on the way to capture a point.
Basically what you do is just stealing/capture the points from the enemy and go in combats not that often as your team should go.
You MUST/SHOULD/HAVE TO/MUSTMUSTMUST roll trough the jungle if you steal a capture point. I'm 85% of the game in the jungle just rolling to the enemie's capture points with Q, buff and ghost.
And again: If your team fights and you see: theres an enemy capture point without an enemy champ you hit your Q spell like HELL YEAH, immediatly trough the jungle, get speed buff ( or health if you need ) and pewwww 1000 movement speed to steal the capture point.
DOMINION IS NOT FOR SLEEPING OR BEEING BRAIN AFK. YOU HAVE TO BE FASTER THAN THE ENEMIES. LIGHTSPEED RESCUE - TILL INFINITY AAAAND BEYOND!

To be honest I havent tried Phantom Dancer yet, today in the beta I tried thornmail, was pretty cool if you have a lot of ads in the enemy team.
Next time I'll try Phantom Dancer.

Really fun to play, especially when you run with over 1000 MS :D
Just tried it out, worked really well (not so many kills, but LOTS of captures and also the most of those points i dont know what mean ;p)
My Questions:
Why not put the mastery point in Exhaust? (maybe just a mistake)
And how about MS items like Phantom Dancer (Ph. D.) or Youmoo's Ghostblade?
